Dianne Hill is a Life Wellness Coach, positive psychology practitioner, a stress and anxiety strategist and mother of 2 school age children. She specializes in helping women who are overworked and over-committed, to slow down and find themselves again while still getting more done than ever before. Dianne has over 20 years of experience managing teams in high tech, has trained with world renowned Life Coach and international author, Martha Beck, and is a certified Applied Positive Psychology practitioner, Group Exercise instructor and trainer.

Her 20+ years of experience in the health and wellness industry addressing topics ranging from fitness training and coaching to stress management, has brought her a unique and signature perspective to how she helps her clients live better more purposeful lives. Through her work, she helps her clients see their true selves, their true gifts and their true passion so they can be empowered to slow down and begin to live a life of clear priorities, purpose, balance and abundance.

Dianne has also recently been a featured speaker on an international radio show, YOUinque, which was aired to over 100 countries and over 3 million people.

Additionally, Dianne has been deeply involved in many volunteer and non-profit organizations over the years. Dianne served as a child advocate for the City of Santa Clara and has raised over $13,000 for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. She is currently active in several non-profit organizations including The Girl Scouts of America as a Troop Cookie Manager, YMCA Cornerstone teacher and Parent Education TIP trainer and as a coach for the Girls on the Run self-esteem enrichment and running program for school age girls.
